Terms of Service

1. Accounts & Access

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to sign in or access an account through an invitation or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access links, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any information, text, files, media, or other materials that you create, upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Service (“User Generated Content”).
• License: By submitting or making available User Generated Content on the Service, you grant Si14 Production and the organizations or workspaces with which you share that content a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display such User Generated Content solely as necessary to provide and operate the Service.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Generated Content and represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit and share it without violating any third-party rights or applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so, including by:

• Accessing or attempting to access accounts, workspaces, or data that you are not authorized to access.
• Uploading or transmitting unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content or code.

4. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SI14 PRODUCTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Termination & Modifications

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service or these Terms, at any time with or without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
