PROGRAMMING / TALENT / PRODUCTION

The work behind the weekend

A single plan.
From invitation to curtain call.

A room change affects more than the grid. Stageweft keeps sessions, people, and production details connected, so your team can make decisions with the full picture.

01PROGRAMMING

Build a schedule that holds up.

Place sessions around availability, room hours, and travel between venues. Check room requirements and workload limits before a plan becomes a promise.

  • Availability-aware scheduling
  • Room and travel constraints
  • Manual placement and automatic scheduling

02GUEST RELATIONS

Keep guest relations personal.

Give guests and their managers one place to share availability, approve assets, and answer requests. Each convention sees only the information the guest agrees to share.

  • Guest profiles and manager access
  • Riders, approvals, and participant terms
  • A chase list of outstanding requests

03SHOW DAY

Give the floor a shared plan.

Bring run of show, room call sheets, and guest movements into the same office. Track arrivals and running-late rooms so the team can see what needs attention.

  • Run-of-show revisions and sign-off
  • Live room status and guest arrivals
  • Call sheets and stage timers

A closer look

About the platform.

Who is Stageweft built for?

Convention organizations and the teams responsible for programming, invited guests, and live production. It supports the work across departments, from planning through the event weekend.

Can we keep our registration system?

Yes. Stageweft focuses on programming and production. Your existing tools continue to handle ticket sales and registration. You can export the list of participants who qualify for programming badges.

How does Stageweft handle multiple venues?

Scheduling accounts for room opening hours, soundcheck, changeover, and travel between venues. Each venue keeps its own timezone, with a home timezone for the convention.

Does it support our organization's login?

Stageweft supports OIDC and SAML sign-in, including group mappings for organizer and staff roles. Organization sign-in can be configured for participating clients.
